Why are we requesting this information?
- Your contact details and where the construction will take place: Your information is necessary to be able to contact you in case we have any doubts and to send you the design once it is finished. Please also tell us the city or town where the construction will be carried out, as the budget may vary depending on the distance you are from us.
- What is your idea for the project and where in the house will it be built?: Describe us what you have in mind for your project and in which part of the house it will be built, for example if it is in the pool area, patio, balcony, terrace or solarium, we also need to know how the access to this area is as this information will help us to understand how we can deliver the material required for the construction, in case it is necessary to use a crane or if it is possible to deliver it with our team of workers through the house..
- The size we have available for the construction and photos of the area: What are the dimensions of the area where you want to do the construction?, it is necessary that you send us at least one photo from the front of the area and if possible, take some photos from different angles, in order to better visualize the possibilities that we have for the construction and offer you a design as realistic as possible..

- When the design is finalised, we will proceed to make an approximate quotation..
- If the quotation is accepted, we will make a visit to your home, if this is not on the Costa del Sol and we are unable to make a visit, we can make a confirmation by video call.
- During this visit we will check if all the measurements provided by the client are correct, we will check the electricity, water and drainage connections, we will confirm access to the house for the material and we will be able to adjust the quotation according to the necessary modifications prior to construction..
- We will present the final budget if this has to be modified after the visit, if the new budget is accepted we will reserve the week of installation, in order to do it, 50% of the budget must be paid, before the beginning of the construction a second payment of 40% of the budget will be made and once the construction is finished and the client is satisfied, we will proceed to the payment of the remaining 10%, this way the construction will be finished.
